Covidlizer
Our Mission

Why Covidlizer Exists

We equip organizations with structured guidance and operational frameworks to navigate health-related challenges with clarity and confidence.

01

Public Health Preparedness

Our core purpose is to reduce uncertainty around airborne transmission, ventilation standards, and indoor safety protocols. We translate complex epidemiological data into actionable checklists for facility managers and public health officers.

02

Operational Risk Management

We help organizations build resilient supply chains for medical consumables and critical stockpiles. Our frameworks address supplier diversification, buffer stock policies, and demand forecasting to withstand future disruptions.

03

Workforce Well-Being

We provide evidence-based mental health support protocols for remote and hybrid teams. From anonymous screening tools to manager training programs, our resources reduce burnout and improve long-term organizational health.

The expected effect for every client is a measurable reduction in health-related operational risk, clearer internal communication around safety protocols, and a workforce that feels supported and informed. We do not sell products — we deliver structured knowledge and repeatable processes.

About Covidlizer

Public Health Preparedness & Risk Management

We provide structured guidance, educational resources, and operational support frameworks for organizations adapting to health-related challenges.

Who We Are

A dedicated public information platform focused on health preparedness. Our team synthesizes evidence-based research into actionable frameworks for facility managers, HR leaders, and public health officers.

Who We Serve

Organizations of all sizes — from school districts and corporate offices to healthcare networks and government agencies — seeking to reduce health risks and maintain operational continuity.

Our Approach

Clear, practical guidance grounded in current science. We avoid alarmism and instead focus on measurable steps: ventilation audits, supply chain resilience, workforce well-being protocols, and more.

Our tone is direct and evidence-driven. We believe that informed organizations make better decisions — for their people, their operations, and their communities.

Our Journey

From a small initiative to a trusted public health resource — the milestones that shaped Covidlizer.

Early 2020

Founding & First Response

As the pandemic unfolded, we assembled a cross-disciplinary team of epidemiologists, communications specialists, and logistics coordinators. Our first deliverable was a free, plain-language risk assessment guide for small businesses, downloaded over 12,000 times in the first month.

Late 2021

Operational Frameworks Released

We published the first edition of our Health Preparedness Playbook, covering ventilation audits, staff vaccination policies, and supply chain contingency planning. Three regional health departments adopted the framework as a reference for their own guidance documents.

Mid 2022

Educational Resource Hub Launch

We launched a structured library of courses, checklists, and scenario-based training modules. Within six months, more than 400 organisations — from school districts to manufacturing plants — had registered for access. User feedback directly shaped our second edition of the Playbook.

2023 – Present

Sustained Impact & Recognition

Our resources have been cited in two national public health briefings. We now maintain a network of 150+ trained facilitators who deliver workshops across five provinces. The platform continues to evolve, with new modules on mental health support and long-term operational resilience.

Over 1,200 organisations have used our frameworks to assess and improve their health preparedness plans.

Measured through direct registrations, workshop attendance, and follow-up surveys conducted between 2021 and 2024.
